You will collaborate across global teams to build unified messaging, fuel dynamic campaigns, and deeply understand our survey and mapping audience to position Trimble as their trusted technology partner.

In this role, you will serve as the strategic marketing engine behind Trimble’s global geospatial narrative, transforming complex engineering into powerful value propositions. You will enjoy high visibility and the creative freedom to architect integrated strategies that directly shape market perception and drive sales pipeline growth.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Architect and execute the global marketing strategy for our survey and mapping audiences, directly aligning initiatives with core business goals. 

  • Partner across GTM, product, and sales teams to translate complex technology into compelling value propositions across owned, paid, and earned media channels. 

  • Lead high-visibility integrated programs spanning digital campaigns, high-touch events, and thought leadership. 

  • Design and deploy demand generation strategies to attract, nurture, and convert qualified leads for a healthy pipeline. 

  • Cultivate cross-functional consensus and build collaborative relationships across global product, sales, regional, and executive stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven end-to-end B2B marketing expertise spanning campaign development, messaging, content creation, and events. 

  • Agile learner with a curious mindset, capable of rapidly mastering new technical ecosystems and customer pain points.

  • Outstanding cross-functional navigator who excels at influencing without authority in complex matrix environments. 

  • Master storyteller adept at converting technical features into benefit-driven messaging for targeted audience. 

  • Proactive, self-directed work ethic with experience collaborating across global time zones.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience driving marketing strategies within the geospatial, surveying, mapping, or AEC sectors. 

  • Familiarity with enterprise-level lead conversion and demand generation frameworks.

  • Travel Requirement: 10-20%

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$105,600.00–$145,200.00
