SailPoint is seeking a high-caliber, deeply organized, and influential individual to be the central nervous system of our newly formed global Agentic Technologists team. This remote role, based in the Americas, reports to the Sr. Director and is the critical force multiplier for a team of elite technologists. You will ensure that our groundbreaking Agentic Identity Security story is told consistently and with maximum impact across the globe.

What You'll Do
Orchestrate the Global Rhythm of Business: Establish and drive the communication cadence for the global Agentic Technologist team. You will own the internal messaging and flow of information, ensuring our technical positioning is consistently delivered to pre-sales teams, as guided by Agentic Technologists, Field CTOs, and Product org.
Serve as the Central Point of Cohesion: You will be the connective tissue for our global technical pre-sales teams. Your primary responsibility is to create, manage, and evolve an evergreen playbook, ensuring every technologist is operating from the most current product developments, emerging trends, and customer needs.
Amplify Our Market Voice: Partner closely with Marketing to ensure our agentic technologies are powerfully positioned across the broader market. You will drive strategic staffing decisions, determining who from the Agentic Technologist team gets deployed to which high-profile events, conferences, and speaking engagements to maximize our influence.
Mastermind Team Operations & Coverage: Create and meticulously manage a shared global calendar. This will be the single source of truth for all customer-committed activities, travel, and strategic engagements, ensuring seamless coverage for our most important accounts and initiatives. You will be the architect of the team's time and focus.
Influence the Future: Act as the central feedback hub, synthesizing insights and "feet-on-the-ground" intelligence from the global team to provide a unified voice back to Product Management. Your work will directly influence the product roadmap by highlighting real-world challenges and opportunities.
Drive Scaled Enablement: You will be the key liaison ensuring the powerful "Agentic Story" and technical assets created by the team are effectively disseminated and understood by the broader organization. You will coordinate efforts to enable our partners and internal teams at scale.

Skills & QualificationsStrategic & Technical Communication: The rare ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and strategic business goals into clear, consistent, and actionable communication for a diverse, global audience.
Operational Excellence: A demonstrated history of creating order from chaos. You have experience building and managing operational systems, cadences, and communication plans for geographically distributed teams.
Cross-Functional Influence: Proven success in partnering with and influencing multiple stakeholders across functions like Marketing, Product Management, and Sales. You are adept at building consensus and driving coordinated execution.
Big Picture Thinker, Detail-Oriented Doer: You can grasp and contribute to the high-level strategy of a go-to-market team while flawlessly managing the granular details of calendars, communications, and resource allocation.
Familiarity with Enterprise Technology: While not a hands-on coding role, you must be comfortable in a deeply technical environment. A foundational understanding of enterprise software, cloud computing, and AI/ML concepts is essential for credibility and success.
Proactive & Autonomous: An innate ability to anticipate the needs of a fast-moving team, identify potential roadblocks, and independently build solutions to keep the entire organization moving forward.
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Foundations: A strong, commanding understanding of IGA/IAM principles is highly preferred, as it provides the core context for our mission.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$116,900 - $197,083.60Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
