As a Global Accounts Manager - Data Centers, a typical day might include the following:  

  • Building and nurturing relationships with key customer influencers to boost SEL solutions sales.

  • Crafting and updating strategic account plans to drive sales strategies tailored to customer needs.

  • Leading the forecasting process with strategic account plans to set and achieve annual sales goals.

  • Acting as the main contact for customers, optimizing relationships at executive levels and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

  • Collaborating with regional sales leadership to align territories with SEL’s strategic goals, managing complex and diverse regions.

  • Utilizing Salesforce and other business tools to track customer relationships, opportunities, and sales activities.

This job might be for you if you have…

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years in technical sales with increasing responsibility

  • Expertise in electric power utility or critical process industry sales, customer service, and technical support

  • Knowledge of financial, business, and sales models

  • Proven experience in managing complex regional sales and teams

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

  • A high-level understanding of SEL solutions and competitive products

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Location

While Houston, TX is the preferred location for this role, we are open to candidates based in any U.S. SEL office. Proximity to a major airport is strongly preferred.

Pay Range Data

$139,000 – $205,000 per year. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. The pay range may differ in other locations based on cost of labor. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
