The Finance Team

Our Finance team plays a critical role in enabling the business to move fast with confidence and discipline.

We provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that empowers leaders across the business to make smart, strategic decisions. At the same time, we ensure the company operates with strong governance, effective risk management, and rigorous compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a hands-on, high-impact team where talented professionals can shape how a modern SaaS finance function operates at scale.

The Opportunity

As Global Accounting Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the accounting function, ensuring the integrity of the general ledger and delivering the high-quality financial information that underpins leadership decision-making.

Working closely with the Global Controller, you’ll own the global month-end close, consolidation, and reporting processes across multiple entities and regions, while also supporting audit readiness, complex accounting matters, and continuous improvement across the accounting function.

Your work will directly support management reporting, board reporting, and strategic initiatives, ensuring the numbers behind our growth are accurate, transparent, and defensible.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Run the Month-End Engine
    Own the global month-end close process end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-supported financial results across all entities.
  • Keep the Ledger Rock Solid
    Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and global consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, so financial reporting remains consistent and reliable worldwide.
  • Lead Revenue & Complex Accounting
    Oversee group revenue recognition policy and support accounting for complex or non-routine transactions, applying strong judgment aligned with GAAP and IFRS.
  • Support Smart Tax Outcomes
    Own tax accounting and support global tax strategy by ensuring appropriate recognition of tax positions while partnering with external advisors and FinOps teams on compliance.
  • Power Meaningful Reporting
    Deliver consolidated financial statements and provide clear variance analysis and accounting insight that support monthly management reporting and board reporting led by the Controller. Partner with FP&A to ensure key SaaS metrics are built on solid financial foundations.
  • Lead Global Audits
    Take ownership of annual financial audits across multiple regions, working closely with auditors and legal counsel to ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Improve How We Work
    Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale accounting processes, leveraging systems and technology to support our growing global operations.
  • Protect the Business
    Monitor financial risks, strengthen internal controls, and maintain high standards of financial governance to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

About You

You are a detail-driven, commercially minded accounting leader who combines technical depth with curiosity, ownership, and initiative.

You understand that accounting isn’t just about getting the numbers right — it’s about building trust in the numbers that drive strategic decisions.

You bring:

Experience & Qualifications:

Essential

  • Master’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA qualification
  • 8+ years of accounting experience including leadership responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  • Experience with modern ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite)
  • Advanced Excel capability
  • Proven audit leadership experience (Big 4 or Top Tier firm)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Desirable

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services
  • Exposure to multi-entity or international accounting environments
