The Senior Operations Lead will ensure operational efficiency and exceptional client experience while managing external communications and supporting internal tools development.
Role Overview
Breef is seeking a Senior Operations Lead to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. This role sits at the center of our operations team, supporting daily tasks across user relations, process management, product development and external communications for both brands and agencies on the platform.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, a creative problem solver, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is designed for someone looking to gain deep exposure into all aspects of a high-growth tech startup — with a clear path toward stepping into either a more specialized role (sales, customer service, etc.), or a managerial role within 1-2 years.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to ensure operational efficiency, high performance and exceptional client experience for Breef’s brands and agencies
- Work with various stakeholders across the team to develop best practice approaches in a fast-evolving tech landscape - keeping Breef as the leader in the space
- Support with management of external communications for users, including emails, platform support, and project guidance
- Support with internal tools development, CRM management, processes, and internal workflows
- Support our agency community efforts across acquisition, vetting, onboarding meetings, and account management
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and processes as required across the broader company
- Support the product team with platform testing and technical bug reporting
- Work cross-functionally to support various company and product initiatives as needed
- Embody the mission and vision of Breef with an understanding of how and why we do what we do
What You’ll Bring
- 2 to 6 years of project management or account services experience within n technology startup, media company, or agency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine love for building relationships
- Strong familiarity with the modern agency landscape and how agency services work in tandem with the needs of marketing teams
- Experience with modern remote workplace tools
