This position will be responsible for driving the IL6S agenda across Supply Chain and leading the implementation of Integrated Systems beyond Manufacturing, as well as leading the pillar build-up in the Brazil BU, connecting with regional and global stakeholders.

- Lead IL6S in areas beyond Manufacturing and lead pillar implementation in the Brazil BU
- Seek synergies across plants and deliver consolidated reports
- Lead regional and global alignments
- Co-lead Brazil's digitalization plan together with the plants, connecting the Integrated Systems roadmap with the digitalization roadmap
- Ensure solid Integrated Systems governance in the Brazil BU
Key Requirements
- Experience with operational excellence program implementation such as TPM, WCM (World Class Manufacturing), Lean Six Sigma, IL6S, or similar in Manufacturing and other Supply Chain areas
- Ability to influence and work in partnership with senior leaders
- Experience in building business cases and managing capex
- Advanced English is mandatory; advanced Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to travel
