Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for talented Imagery / Geospatial Analyst with CounterIntelligence Imagery experience to provide vital analysis and briefing support to our customer's missions. The selected candidate shall provide mission support services as described below as an embedded analyst. This hybrid role, comprised of Geospatial and Imagery expertise, will employ individuals who are are adept at using both imagery and geospatial tools and are able to integrate geospatial intelligence, all-source intelligence, open-source intelligence, and CounterIntelligence in their fused analysis.
Perform imagery research and analysis by researching current and historical softcopy imagery, which may include researching appropriate databases for amplifying information and producing standard imagery analysis products. Obtain softcopy, and commercial imagery-related products in response to customer needs. Utilize available imagery, multi-INT, and other source customer data stores to exploit, identify, monitor, and analyze existing and emerging trends, dynamic events, and solve intelligence problems. Utilize the full suite of imagery analysis tools and utilize geospatial information systems as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of counterterrorism issues and geospatial techniques, producing finished imagery-derived intelligence products, reports and assessments. This position requires regular collaboration with other analysts and end-user customers.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • 5+ years of demonstrated imagery and geospatial analysis experience in the Intelligence Community at the national level, and/or military operational level.
  • Currently possesses TS/SCI clearance with an active CI polygraph
  • Excellent briefing capabilities to all levels of US or foreign government and military personnel
  • Experience in targeting and precision point mensuration.
  • Attended a certified imagery schoolhouse or the Geospatial Intelligence Training Program.
  • Must possess current US passport with comfortability to travel to domestic and foreign locations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use RemoteView, IEC, NES, Cedalion and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing. Knowledge of the intelligence collection process.
  • Some basic working knowledge of ArcGIS Pro or similar GIS software
  • Strong multi-modal imagery exploitation.
  • Ability to work in a very dynamic and demanding work environment.
  • Ability to attain and maintain GPC-F and IA-II certifications.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • GPC-F or PL-II certification
  • Degree in a field relevant to GEOINT operations
  • Currently possesses additional clearances.
  • Recent and relevant experience working operations as an Imagery Analyst
  • Demonstrated experience working with multi-INT information
  • Experience using ESRI ArcGIS Pro and extensions for analytical support.
  • Experience with Structured Observation Management Tools.
  • Experience using, creating, updating, and maintaining geodatabases.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
