- Evaluate and adopt current and emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks while incorporating relevant regulatory changes.
- Establish, monitor, and continuously improve software processes, tools, and key performance metrics to align work with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks.
- Execute and document software research and development projects.
- Provide technical guidance on software domains, system-specific challenges, processes, and regulatory considerations.
- Perform software project management activities and oversee supplier relationships to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Track and assess team and supplier performance to ensure products and processes comply with project plans and industry standards.
