Full-Stack Engineer

• Annual salary between $125k and $185k depending on experience; significant stock option package; top-tier medical, vision and dental insurance; 401k.

• Hybrid work. Work three days a week at HQ in South Denver. Rest of the week is up to you.

• Studied at a Top 25 computer science school.

• Code really well. Which language you are most proficient is not important, as long as you learn fast. We mostly use Python and Typescript.

• Excel at solving hard problems and take full ownership. We expect you to figure out what you need to get stuff done.

• Are comfortable with long hours (60+ hour weeks and some weekends are not rare at Blissway).

• Have incredible eye for detail.
