Job Highlights:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee infection prevention and control programs.

  • Monitor and analyze infection data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

  • Conduct training and educational programs for healthcare staff on infection prevention best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal infection control regulations and guidelines.

  • Investigate infection outbreaks and recommend appropriate interventions.

  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain infection control policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance and support on infection control measures, including hand hygiene, PPE usage, and sterilization techniques.

  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols.

QualificationsQualifications & Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.

  • Certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in infection prevention and control or related nursing role.

  • Strong knowledge of infection control standards and regulatory requirements (CDC, OSHA, WHO, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to educate and train staff effectively.
