Our client, Superpower.works, is looking for their Founding Account Executive!

Superpower.works is an AI consulting and services company helping organizations turn AI from a tool into a meaningful business advantage. We're partnering with their team to find a Founding Account Executive who will work directly with the founders to build pipeline, develop the sales process, close new business, and help turn early traction into a repeatable commercial motion.

Founding Account Executive

An enterprise AI license is not an AI strategy.

Many companies have given their teams access to Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini, but are still figuring out what AI should actually change across their business. Superpower.works helps companies close that gap.

We provide AI training, strategic advisory, and build services that help organizations turn AI from a tool into a meaningful advantage.

Superpower.works was born from BetterFutureLabs, a startup factory building AI-native companies from scratch. As BetterFutureLabs grew, companies began asking us to bring the same expertise to their teams. What started as consulting work has grown into a business of its own.

Today, we have a Fortune 500 client, another deal nearing close, and growing interest from mid-sized companies. Much of that traction has come through founder relationships and inbound demand.

We're now ready to build a repeatable go-to-market motion.

The Opportunity

We're looking for our first GTM hire to help turn early traction into a scalable commercial business.

You'll work closely with the founders to develop our sales process, build pipeline, understand our ideal customers, refine our offerings, and close new business.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role, but you won't be starting from zero. You'll have early customers, proven offerings, a strong delivery team, and founders who are actively involved when their expertise can help move a deal forward.

You'll have meaningful ownership over how we take Superpower.works to market.

Half the job is selling. The other half is learning.

Every conversation will help us understand which buyers we serve best, which problems resonate most, and where we should focus our offerings. You'll help turn those learnings into a repeatable sales motion.

What You'll Own
  • Pipeline: Build and manage outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and our existing networks.
  • Sales process: Help establish the CRM, sequencing, research, and other tools needed to support a modern GTM motion.
  • Discovery and sales: Lead initial conversations, understand the customer's needs, and bring in founders when their expertise can add value.
  • Sales materials: Develop and refine decks, proposals, pricing, and other materials that make it easy for prospects to understand what we do.
  • Closing: Own opportunities from initial conversation through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Customer relationships: Stay close to clients through delivery, expansion, and referrals.
  • Market learning: Capture what you're hearing from buyers and help the team continually refine our positioning, offerings, and target market.
Your First Six Months

First 30 days: Get up to speed on our offerings and customers, establish your sales workflow, build an initial target list, and begin running conversations.

First 60 days: Build a consistent pipeline, generate early opportunities, and share your initial perspective on which buyers and offerings are gaining the most traction.

First 90 days: Double down on the strongest opportunities, refine our pricing and sales materials, and begin establishing a repeatable sales process.

By month six: Help turn one of our strongest offerings into a repeatable commercial motion, with a clear target customer, positioning, pricing, and process.

Who You'll Work Well With

You don't need to have followed a traditional enterprise sales path.

We're especially interested in people who have:

  • Been an early commercial hire and helped build a sales motion from the ground up.
  • Owned the full sales cycle, including discovery, proposals, pricing, and closing.
  • Built pipeline through a combination of outbound, referrals, and relationships.
  • A genuine interest in AI and how it can change the way businesses operate.
  • The ability to speak comfortably with both senior executives and smaller business leaders.
  • Curiosity about the customer and a willingness to change your approach based on what you learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience at a startup, services company, agency, consultancy, or AI company is particularly relevant.

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to join very early and have a meaningful hand in building the commercial side of a company with real early traction.

You'll work directly with the founders, have significant ownership over the GTM motion, and help shape not just how we sell, but what we ultimately become.

As Superpower.works grows, this role can grow with it into leadership across growth, commercial strategy, or the broader business.
