This program includes a wide variety of initiatives which will drive efficiency and scalability for TU’s Technology function.In his/her role, the Manager I – Strategy Planning - FinOps, will play an instrumental role in developing strategies and driving initiatives in partnership with other members of the global technology leadership team and our cross-functional partners.
What You'll Bring:
- 5 plus years of experience in Stategic Planning with a focus on Finanical Planning and Forecaseting.
- Experience in Strategy, Management and/or Technology Consulting is helpful
- Strong financial acumen with an understanding of technology costs and their financial treatment
- Strong analytical mindset and instincts with ability to scan through data (financials, operating KPIs, other) and derive insights to objectively approach problem solving and drive conclusions
- Experience leading cross-functional engagements / initiatives with a wide variety of stakeholders as their trusted thought partner
- Excellent written and oral communication skillset. Ability to convey insights to leaders in a succinct manner
- Proficient at creating high-quality Excel models for managing financials for our various technology initiatives and executive readouts
- Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to lead within an environment of rapid change and growth
- Outstanding team player – inclusive, flexible, humble and keen on collective wins for the team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and various deadlines simultaneously, and deliver on time
- BS and/or MS in Business, Mathematics, Information Technology or related subject
Impact You'll Make:
- Support Technology transformation initiative globally
- Be a part of TU’s high performing global technology team
- Design and track various high-profile strategic initiative with our technology leaders
- Become a thought partner for various TU associates across regions and domains
- Quantify, track and report savings potential and investments needs from various technology activities
- Support senior leaders journey by preparing models and supporting material for various internal and external discussions
- Manage and run the Investment Committee Process ensuring execution of investment guidelines, alignment with savings and budget plan commitments
- Enhance operating policies and procedures that impact multiple disciplines and departments

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
