What You'll Do
Asset Management
- Prepare quarterly ARGUS based real estate cash flow analysis for market valuation process
- Assist the Director of Asset Management with financial performance analysis on existing assets
- Assist with data collection and analysis for the annual business plan
- Due diligence coordination on new acquisitions, and new developments
- Coordinate new and existing debt placement with Investment Director
- Manage ongoing loan inspections with various parties
- Prepare market feasibility analysis
- Compile, analyze, and interpret market research
- Maintain a database of sales comps, development pipeline, economic indicators, housing trends, baseline assumptions, etc.
- Underwriting/Financial Modeling of acquisition and development opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of Investment Memorandums for Board consideration
What We're Looking For
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- A sharp eye for detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture
- 1-3 years real estate experience in asset management or as a financial analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics
- Proficiency in ARGUS (or comparable software)
- A collaborative mindset--because at RedPeak teamwork makes the numbers work
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 1 day a week remote
- Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 with bonus potential
- Location: 375 S. Broadway, Ste 200, Denver, CO
