The Role:
The Financial Analyst will play a fundamental role on the Forge Data Operations (DataOps) team by supporting and developing the Forge's data product. This role will focus primarily on aggregating financial data, generating insights into valuation, cap tables, market dynamics, and corporate events for pre-IPO securities, and developing value-additive content for investors..
As Institutional investors seek access to growth returns, they are migrating into the private market at an accelerating rate. However, such investors find there is little to no high-quality data or analysis like what they have become accustomed to in the public markets. The difficulty in making investment decisions in the absence of reliable financial content is a key impediment to the continued growth of the private capital market. The Forge Data team is removing this key impediment by producing valuable content that our clients depend on to make private market investment decisions.
