  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations to maintain reliable financial data and support business needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, sales compensation, or financial analysis.
  • Hands-on experience calculating and managing sales commissions or variable compensation, including interpreting commission plans and translating plan terms into accurate calculations.
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with complex data, perform calculations, and maintain financial models.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines and work effectively within monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based software company.
  • Familiarity with SaaS financial metrics such as ARR, gross revenue retention, and net revenue retention.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning activities.
  • Understanding of financial statements, including how the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement relate to one another.
  • Experience with sales commission management platforms, particularly Everstage.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software, Salesforce, or other financial reporting tools.
  • Experience preparing financial reports or presentations for senior leadership.
