We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Data Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex financial data, providing actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure data accuracy

- Present findings and insights to management to facilitate informed decision-making

- Monitor key financial metrics and prepare regular performance reports

- Assist in the development of financial strategies and risk assessments

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making

- Develop financial models and forecasts to project future performance

- Monitor and interpret financial performance metrics and identify trends

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Support audits and prepare documentation as required

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency and profitability

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus

- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role

- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
