About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Financial Analyst with experience in travel-industry payment processing, specializing in settlement operations, Virtual Credit Cards (VCCs), and multi-currency transactions (USD/EUR). This role supports accurate settlement, reconciliation, and cash flow across North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile merchant card and VCC settlements across USD and EUR
- Manage ARC airline billing and settlement, including refunds and debit memos
- Track supplier payments, settlement timing, and funding discrepancies
- Support working capital and credit facility monitoring
- Analyze FX impacts, chargebacks, cancellations, and refunds
- Produce settlement and reconciliation reports; investigate variances
- Partner with banks, processors, VCC providers, and internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in payments, settlement operations, or financial analysis within the travel industry
- Hands-on experience with:
- ARC settlement
- Virtual Credit Card (VCC) programs
- Merchant card processing
- Multi-currency reconciliation (USD/EUR)
- Strong Excel skills; SQL or BI tools a plus
Preferred
- Experience in OTA, travel tech, TMC, or airline environments
- Exposure to treasury, credit facilities, or FX management
- Familiarity with PCI, PSD2, or travel payment regulations
