Digital Payments Analyst

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Financial Analyst with experience in travel-industry payment processing, specializing in settlement operations, Virtual Credit Cards (VCCs), and multi-currency transactions (USD/EUR). This role supports accurate settlement, reconciliation, and cash flow across North America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile merchant card and VCC settlements across USD and EUR
• Manage ARC airline billing and settlement, including refunds and debit memos
• Track supplier payments, settlement timing, and funding discrepancies
• Support working capital and credit facility monitoring
• Analyze FX impacts, chargebacks, cancellations, and refunds
• Produce settlement and reconciliation reports; investigate variances
• Partner with banks, processors, VCC providers, and internal teams to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in payments, settlement operations, or financial analysis within the travel industry
• Hands-on experience with:
  • ARC settlement
  • Virtual Credit Card (VCC) programs
  • Merchant card processing
  • Multi-currency reconciliation (USD/EUR)
• Strong Excel skills; SQL or BI tools a plus

Preferred

• Experience in OTA, travel tech, TMC, or airline environments
• Exposure to treasury, credit facilities, or FX management
• Familiarity with PCI, PSD2, or travel payment regulations
