The Field Readiness Manager is a key contributor to LogicMonitor’s Community & Field Readiness function, reporting directly to the Director, Community & Field Readiness. This role plays a critical part in delivering on the Customer & Product Enablement (CPE) team’s charter to:
- Execute one unified GTM enablement program for LM, customers, and partners
- Enable role-specific readiness every quarter for AEs, SEs, CSMs, SDRs/BDRs
- Drive coordinated quarterly field plays that accelerate pipeline velocity and ARR
- Achieve shared GTM KPIs in productivity, pipeline velocity, and ARR growth
As a member of this highly cross functional team, the Field Readiness Manager ensures internal field teams are equipped every quarter with role-relevant tools, programs, and plays to adopt, use, and sell LM’s products, pricing, programs, and GTM plays. The role works closely with cross-functional GTM stakeholders to deliver high-impact, AI-optimized enablement for maximum reach and impact.

Quarterly Field Readiness Execution
- Lead and own the 90-day readiness cycle for all GTM roles, ensuring alignment to LM’s AI-first roadmap and V2M2 priorities.
- Design and deliver role-specific enablement tied to real customer use cases and GTM plays.
- Develop, evolve, and operationalize the Field Readiness playbook, including assets, activations, and AI-driven workflows tailored by role.
- Align and integrate with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure message readiness and unified field-facing product narratives.
GTM Activation
- Harness and advance AI tools to generate talk tracks, pitch practicals, and enablement content at scale.
- Customize and optimize enablement flows by role, segment, and field feedback.
- Engineer and refine onboarding and readiness workflows through automation and data-driven iteration.
AI-Powered Enablement
- Leverage AI tools to generate talk tracks, pitch practicals, and enablement content at scale.
- Personalize enablement flows by role, segment, and field feedback.
- Optimize onboarding and readiness workflows through automation and data-driven iteration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as workstream owner with the Enablement PMO, directing cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, GTM Execution, and Global Training to deliver cohesive enablement across GTM.
- Synthesize and translate field and customer insights into readiness strategies that continuously improve outcomes.
- Curate and govern Confluence and LMS repositories as authoritative sources of truth.
- 6+ years in sales enablement, field readiness, NPI/GTM operations, or community program management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer lifecycle stages.
- Experience delivering role-specific onboarding and enablement at scale.
- Familiarity with async learning tools, and community platforms with an AI-first mindset and experience leveraging AI to scale enablement
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to simplify complexity.
- Passion for connecting enablement and community to drive measurable GTM impact.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training.
