We are looking for a Field Marketing to join our growing LATAM marketing team and own the events program for Brazil, our largest market in the region. You will run the full event cycle, from calendar planning and sales alignment to on-site execution and post-event lead follow-up, making sure every event turns into pipeline. You will work hand in hand with our Sales teams and with event agencies, and support other field marketing activities as priorities evolve.
Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our São Paulo office and requires 3 days in office.
About The Role
Own the Brazil events calendar end to end: plan, prioritize and run owned events, sponsored events and industry sponsorships and memberships, in line with regional revenue goals and budget
Partner with Sales leaders and reps to make sure every event reaches the accounts that matter: align on target account lists, manage invitations and confirmations, and close the loop quickly when priorities shift
Equip Sales ahead of every event with clear, timely communication (what, who, why, and what we need from them) and keep them engaged until the doors open.
Manage event agencies and suppliers: brief them, negotiate contracts, track budgets and keep production on time and on budget, while you stay focused on business impact
Own the post-event process: get leads uploaded, make sure they are followed up by Sales/SDRs, and track what happens to them.
Measure and report on event performance and ROI (attendance, pipeline, revenue influenced) and use the insights to refine the next plan
Stand your ground when needed: align everyone on roles, priorities and timelines
Support other LATAM field marketing activities as needed, including event execution support for the Mexico team
Be a brand advocate for monday.com in the Brazilian market

5+ years of experience in event or field marketing in Brazil, with proven end-to-end ownership of events (planning, execution, post-event follow-up)

Excellent communication and relationship skills: you know how to engage, influence and align Sales stakeholders and keep everyone on the same page
Experience managing event agencies, vendors and budgets
Highly organized and operational, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple events and priorities at once
