About Us:

DeepJudge is Switzerland’s leading AI and ICT scale-up, transforming how law firms and legal departments access and leverage their knowledge. Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, and backed by top-tier Silicon Valley investors, we are building the intelligence layer that powers the legal industry.

Every firm can license the same AI models, but no two firms share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often trapped across systems, underused and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure, enabling firms to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn experience into a lasting advantage.

Our technology is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms, including Freshfields, Gunderson Dettmer, Holland & Knight, Arent Fox, and Cozen O’Connor. Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America, we are expanding rapidly and shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied.

At DeepJudge, we move fast, think rigorously, and care deeply about what we build. We combine cutting-edge research with close collaboration with our clients to deliver solutions that truly make an impact. If you want to be part of a team defining how AI transforms high-stakes knowledge work, this is the place to do it.

About the role:

We are now looking for a proactive, bold, and high-impact Field Marketing Manager to drive DeepJudge’s GTM and regional marketing initiatives. As a key bridge between the market and the rest of the GTM organization, you’ll work closely with sales, customer success and partners to design and execute programs that build brand awareness, generate pipeline, and strengthen our position. You will be responsible for managing DeepJudge’s presence across key marketing channels, such as legal industry conferences, client summits, targeted campaigns and strategic partner initiatives, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our brand, supports our revenue and expansion targets, and drives engagement with key decision-makers. You will also adapt marketing strategies to the audience segment, making sure they are relevant and have measurable impact. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creative execution with focused operational rigor, is results-oriented, and who understands the value of in-person experiences in enterprise sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner closely with sales to align field marketing activities with overall marketing goals, account strategies, and company-wide objectives, making sure marketing initiatives directly support business outcomes.
  • Lead live and virtual marketing initiatives, including events (third-party and own-hosted), ABM, and partner marketing programs, to position DeepJudge as a thought leader, drive brand awareness and contribute directly to pipeline growth.
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of DeepJudge’s participation across legal tech conferences, industry events and other market-facing initiatives. This includes all operational elements, such as managing vendor relationships, event budgets, shipping, signage, and on-site support as well as marketing collateral.
  • Develop and optimize pre- and post-event workflows, in partnership with marketing automation and the sales team to maximize attendance, engagement, and conversion.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for smaller-scale, regional or practice-specific and account-specific activations that support sales priorities and GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, sales, customer success, and the partner team to ensure all local programs reflect company-wide priorities and objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target personas, market trends and the competitive landscape to inform campaign planning, messaging and event positioning in the region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry associations, publications and strategic partners to strengthen DeepJudge’s visibility and credibility in the legal tech space and reach a broader audience.
  • Measure and report marketing effectiveness, providing regular updates on performance, channel performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI against defined targets.
  • Be accountable for pipeline growth making sure all programs are results-driven, measurable, and aligned with overall company objectives.

About you:

  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, within a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environment. Experience in legal tech is a strong plus.
  • Deep knowledge of the legal market is essential for the role, with strong understanding of law firms, corporate legal departments, practice areas, audiences and competitive landscapes.
  • Experience leading B2B programs across multiple channels, including event marketing, ABM, and partner marketing.
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to own logistics and delivery end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional alignment and maintain productive relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot, and comfortable working with data to track performance and optimize for results.
  • A data-driven mindset with a strong ability to measure, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Proactive and known for delivering complex, high-impact experiences that drive measurable results.
  • Ability to travel for in-person events as needed (approx. 20–30%)

What you can look forward to:

  • You will be able to take on full ownership of your projects and tasks from day 1
  • You will have a stake in shaping the future of a high-impact, high-growth deep-tech startup
  • Competitive compensation, flexible working arrangements
