  • AI Safety & Compliance: Enforce Federal security and compliance standards, configuring trust layers, data privacy controls, and audit mechanisms within AI interactions.
  • Solution Design & Collaboration: Work alongside Business Analysts and Architects to translate complex mission-critical business requirements into high-impact AI agent architectures.
  • Quality & Compliance: Conduct agent testing, prompt evaluation, and UAT support to ensure precise, reliable, and compliant AI outputs in cleared environments.
  • DevSecOps & CI/CD: Support secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices to enable rapid, reliable deployments of AI configurations in Federal delivery environments.

Qualifications

  • AgentForce Domain Experience: Deep understanding of Agentforce architecture, custom action development, prompt configuration, grounding techniques, and Data Cloud integration.
  • Core Automation: Proven track record of implementing complex business logic, enterprise workflows, and custom platform automations using apex triggers, flows, and other declarative technology
  • Federal Context: Experience integrating Salesforce with legacy Federal systems and navigating cleared, highly regulated environments.
  • Development Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency with Git, secure coding standards, and DevSecOps/CI/CD pipelines. Active participant in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
