  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating communication and strategic alignment on Salesforce and AWS-related goals.
  • Track program performance metrics and provide transparent, timely communication through executive-level status reports and program dashboards to Federal clients and internal leadership.
  • Ensure all program documentation, deliverables, and reporting comply with Federal standards, including security and reporting requirements for Salesforce Government Cloud Plus and Amazon Connect environments.

Qualifications:
  • 7-10+ years of IT program or project management experience, preferably in large-scale Federal environments.
  • 3-5+ years of proven experience managing programs that utilize Salesforce Government Cloud Plus and Public Sector solutions.
  • Preferred experience with Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Bedrock.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs in cleared delivery environments.
