RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own equipment performance and reliability by identifying issues, driving corrective actions, and lifecycle improvement strategies
- Diagnose technical issues by applying structured problem-solving and enabling rapid tool recovery to prevent emerging issues
- Drive equipment upgrade/modification projects, implement hardware solutions and partner with vendors to resolve issues
- Partner and collaborate across functions (Process, Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance teams) to resolve issues
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Create and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and drive knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and manufacturing standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Shown through education, internships, research, military, manufacturing, or professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced certification in a related technical field OR equivalent technical military experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Technical troubleshooting & problem solving, root cause analysis, equipment/system diagnostics, analyzing and interpreting data
- SPC principles, Continuous Improvement
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, automation and manufacturing systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience or exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, High-volume manufacturing, Equipment maintenance & reliability, Robotics & automation, Vacuum systems, Industrial control systems, SPC, FDC , MES, Process improvement
- Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help develop efficient workflow.
- Preferred disciplines include Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering
