Compensation Pay Range: $55,000–$70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor express lane performance daily by analyzing vehicle volume, staffing levels, efficiency, and productivity.
• Maximize drive efficiency by scheduling workloads and staffing to meet service demand.
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently met for all work performed.
• Manage workflow processes and ensure technicians are utilizing systems and procedures effectively.
• Partner with Service Advisors and department leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, accountability, and performance discussions.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings focused on employee development, engagement, and career growth.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Service Director.
• Continuously improve department Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI) scores, guest satisfaction, and overall team morale.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous automotive service leadership, shop foreman, or management experience preferred
• Automotive service advisor or technician experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make operational improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using dealership management software; Tekion experience preferred
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and employee support
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check
