This is not a traditional recruiting role.


Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and leads searches for Senior Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, Business Unit Presidents and other critical leadership positions across the enterprise. You'll partner directly with senior executives to solve complex talent challenges, build executive talent pipelines, map competitive markets, and influence hiring strategies that drive business performance.

Responsibilities

Lead Executive Searches

  • Serve as the lead recruiter for Senior Director and executive-level hiring across Reynolds Consumer Products
  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies for leadership positions
  • Identify, engage, and assess top executive talent
  • Build targeted candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and market engagement
  • Manage executive candidates through complex hiring processes
  • Deliver exceptional hiring outcomes for critical business leadership roles

Act as a Trusted Talent Advisor

  • Partner with executive leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective talent strategies
  • Facilitate strategic intake and discovery sessions
  • Consult on leadership profiles, organizational capability needs, and talent risks
  • Challenge assumptions and provide recommendations grounded in market realities
  • Influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and expertise

Provide Executive Talent Market Intelligence

  • Bring the external market into the organization
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence projects
  • Provide insight into talent availability, competitor organizational structures, and leadership trends
  • Benchmark talent against leading companies and adjacent industries
  • Inform succession and workforce planning discussions through market intelligence

Assess and Select Exceptional Leadership Talent

  • Evaluate leaders for both capability and impact
  • Conduct executive-level interviews and candidate assessments
  • Assess leadership style, business acumen, strategic thinking, and change leadership capabilities
  • Facilitate structured and objective selection processes
  • Prepare executive candidate evaluations and hiring recommendations

Drive Executive Offer and Closing Strategies

  • Partner with Compensation, HR, and business leadership to secure top talent
  • Develop competitive offer strategies
  • Navigate sophisticated compensation discussions
  • Manage executive negotiations
  • Successfully close passive and highly sought-after candidates

Build Leadership Pipelines for the Future

  • Help ensure Reynolds is prepared for tomorrow's leadership needs
  • Develop long-term executive talent communities and networks
  • Maintain leadership talent maps for critical functions and business units
  • Support succession planning efforts through external market insight
  • Create proactive pipelines that reduce dependency on external search firms

Optimize Executive Search Investments

  • Act as an internal executive search expert
  • Evaluate when external search firms are warranted
  • Manage external partner relationships when utilized
  • Drive thoughtful use of retained search resources
  • Reduce executive recruiting costs through effective internal search execution

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience
  • Significant experience recruiting senior leadership and executive-level talent
  • Proven success leading searches for Senior Director, Vice President, and C-suite leadership positions
  • Experience partnering directly with executive stakeholders
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, executive talent mapping, and pipeline development
  • Experience conducting sophisticated executive assessments and interviews
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation structures and offer negotiations
  • Exceptional consultation, communication, and influencing skills

Preferred:

  • Executive search firm experience
  • Experience recruiting within a public company, private equity, or large corporate environment
  • Consumer products, manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial industry experience
  • Experience supporting succession planning and leadership talent programs
  • Familiarity with executive compensation programs including short-term and long-term incentives

Posted Salary RangeUSD $98,400.00 - USD $139,000.00 /A Bonus EligibilityRole is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
