Who we are looking for:
The Executive Services Representative is primarily responsible for supporting Customers and internal Stakeholders.
- Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO
- Compensation: $23-27/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the request and determine the necessary steps needed to assist
- Evaluate the information provided to determine if the request can be completed or if additional information is required
- Make account updates and corrections recommendations to a third-party mortgage servicing provider
- Respond to the customer or internal stakeholder with the requested documentation
- Ensure timely, clear and accurate updates are provided to the customer and internal stakeholders on a regular basis until the request is fully completed
- Document all interactions fully and accurately within the system of record
- Perform other job-duty related issues as assigned
What you’ll need to be successful:
- High School Diploma / GED Required
- This position requires a minimum of 2 -5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Must have a solid understanding of escrow management and payment processing
- Organized with good problem-solving skills and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional listening skills in addition to verbal/written communication (chat/email/verbal)
- Ability to read and interpret information furnished in various mediums
- Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate within multiple systems
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable in actively participating in a team environment
