Leads internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, investor reviews, and third-party testing for mortgage servicing operations. Owns engagements from planning through closure, evaluates controls and evidence, challenges responses, manages findings and remediation, assesses regulatory risks, and reports audit results to leadership. Partners with auditors, regulators, Business Controls, and Servicing Operations while improving audit readiness, issue management, control monitoring, and operational risk practices.

Provide customer-focused loss mitigation support to negotiate payment arrangements, underwrite workouts per FHA/VA/USDA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, manage inbound/outbound calling queues, interpret title searches to clear liens, and meet quality and production standards to help borrowers avoid foreclosure.

Prepare, file, and manage FHA, VA, USDA, mortgage insurance, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae default claims. Ensure timely compliance with investor, insurer, state, and federal requirements; monitor claim milestones, reimbursements, title transfers, denials, and offsets. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, cross-train on loss analysis, maintain documentation, meet strict deadlines, and assist with training new team members.

Processes and monitors specialized mortgage servicing products, including adjustable-rate mortgages, SCRA requests, assumptions, partial releases, easements, and recast loan modifications. Maintains ARM plans and index updates, determines SCRA benefit eligibility, monitors compliance with regulations and investor guidelines, manages workflow and reporting, and supports additional special servicing processes.

Lead design and maintenance of scalable data models, dbt transformations, and cloud data warehouses. Manage a distributed team of 7–8 data engineers/analysts, ensure data quality, governance, ELT best practices, performance tuning, integrations, and stakeholder alignment across servicing technology.

Manage mortgage servicing claims and loss analysis activities, including claim filing, financial reconciliation, exception resolution, denied and supplemental claims, regulatory compliance, and portfolio trend analysis. Collaborate with attorneys, investors, insurers, and internal teams to resolve complex issues, meet filing deadlines, mitigate financial and operational risk, maintain controls, and improve claims processes and reporting.

The Senior IT Security Engineer strengthens cybersecurity across architecture reviews, AI and emerging technology assessments, IAM governance, vulnerability management, third-party risk, security assurance, incident response, phishing simulations, automation, and regulatory compliance. The role validates security controls, supports remediation, develops risk metrics and reporting, oversees identity platforms, and partners with technology, business, audit, compliance, procurement, and vendors in a regulated banking environment.

Develop, implement, and maintain the banks enterprise information security program. Independently assess first-line security risk management, regulatory compliance, incident response, and control effectiveness. Oversee security governance, policy, KRIs, business continuity, and third-line coordination. Provide unfiltered reporting and challenge to executive management and the Board and lead post-incident reviews and resilience testing.
