Prepare and submit monthly investor reports, remittances, and custodial reconciliations; ensure compliance with investor guidelines and PSAs; reconcile cash, principal, interest, escrow, and advances; coordinate loan movement and cash settlements; serve as primary contact for investor inquiries and exception resolution; collaborate with internal teams and complete special projects as assigned.

Support Client Relationship Managers with client communications, account administration, reporting, issue tracking, and meeting preparation. Coordinate internal teams to resolve client issues, maintain client records, assist with contract administration and renewals, prepare reports and presentations, support portfolio reviews and account planning, and help improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Provide customer-focused loss mitigation support to negotiate payment arrangements, underwrite workouts per FHA/VA/USDA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, manage inbound/outbound calling queues, interpret title searches to clear liens, and meet quality and production standards to help borrowers avoid foreclosure.
