About the Role

You’ll help keep our leadership team and HQ (“SOL Base”) running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, and making work easier for others.

What You’ll Do
  • Support leadership with calendars, scheduling, expenses, and daily logistics
  • Manage and improve office operations, including mailroom processes
  • Build and streamline systems and workflows for efficiency
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and board logistics
  • Support cross-functional projects across teams
  • Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment
