💰 $62,000–$68,000 (Exempt)

• 4+ years in operations, admin, coordination, or similar roles
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and service-driven
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience improving processes or workflows (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

You’ll help keep our leadership team and HQ (“SOL Base”) running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, and making work easier for others.

• Support leadership with calendars, scheduling, expenses, and daily logistics
• Manage and improve office operations, including mailroom processes
• Build and streamline systems and workflows for efficiency
• Coordinate meetings, events, and board logistics
• Support cross-functional projects across teams
• Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment
