GridX, Inc. is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team! The Executive Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks directly related to the management of GridX’s company operations and supporting the CEO and other members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). 

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to calendar and inbox management, travel arrangements, scheduling large and small scale meetings, creating and formatting presentations, ordering food for meetings as necessary, and other duties as assigned
  • Actively manage and organize inboxes and calendars for select Executives being supported. This includes proactively managing calendars weeks in advance, while also accommodating ad hoc meeting requests
  • Plan and execute all logistical aspects of meetings and events including securing internal or external meeting space, making meal arrangements, ensuring technology requirements, maintaining attendee lists, etc – for example, employee breakfasts/lunches, in-person training events, annual retreat, or similar activities
  • Schedule, coordinate, and reserve travel for the ELT as needed 
  • Plan for and organize board, potential investor, and all-hands meetings
  • Manage user accounts and reservation requests for our shared office spaces in Oakland and Denver
  • Completing other projects as assigned/needed. 
  • This role is primarily remote however you will be expected to be onsite at our Denver shared office space regularly to attend or support team meetings/events.  

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite organizational leaders
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite 
  • Proficient in professional writing, meeting summarization, presentation creation skills, scheduling, time management, travel logistics, event planning, and verbal/written communication.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently without supervision, proficient at solving problems as well as proactively recommending and implementing improvements or solutions
  • Capable of exercising judgment and independent discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to identify priorities, juggle multiple activities, adhere to timelines/meet deadlines, and change course quickly as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently maintain a high level of confidentiality and privacy
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels (in person, correspondence, phone, e-mail, etc.)
  • Professional at all times, with strong interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining effective working relationships with customers, board members, potential investors, employees and management through use of tact, diplomacy, good judgment, responsiveness and follow-through
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting organizational leaders at a growing SaaS company or start-up is a plus
  • Proficient project management skills
  • Intermediate level experience with Salesforce and/or Asana

Your Location

Because much of the team is based in Denver, CO, the selected candidate must be located in the Denver area. The role will include occasional work at a GridX Industrious shared office or attendance at offsites and/or customer sites, as determined by your role’s responsibilities and agreed to with your manager.

Compensation

Compensation may range from $75,000 to $85,000/year base salary + equity & benefits/perks. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on skill set, qualifications, and experience.
