We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Business Engagement. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset. You’ll serve as a key partner to the VP, helping manage operations, projects, and communications, and playing a critical role in enabling the team’s success.

About The Role
- Provide strategic and administrative support to the VP of Business Engagement.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, including meetings, reviews, and leadership sessions.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
- Plan and execute events, offsites, and key team meetings.
- Prepare materials and presentations for internal and external use.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day communication and operations within the Business Engagement team.
- Anticipate needs and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew (must).
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Independent, proactive, and always two steps ahead.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Quick to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects while staying focused and efficient.
