Provide executive support to the CEO and CLO including calendar, inbox, travel, meeting prep and follow-ups; run Boulder office operations (supplies, vendors, facilities, IT); coordinate events, onboarding, and travel/expenses; build automations for routine tasks and document processes; and expand into broader people and ops projects as the company scales.
About Bridge:
Bridge is the fastest, most compliant way to scale insurance billing nationwide. We enable virtual care companies to go in-network nationally in as little as 30 days, without the operational lift. Our platform handles payer contracting, credentialing, real-time benefit verification, medical coding, claim submission, denial management, and compliance in a single integrated solution. Backed by General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, Greenoaks, and Mischief.
The Role:
We are hiring our first ever Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support our CEO (Keaton Bedell) and Chief Legal Officer (Sarah Thomas), and to run our Boulder office. This is a high-ownership role for someone who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, makes leaders around them more effective, and genuinely enjoys being the person people count on.
You'll own two things: keeping Keaton and Sarah focused on their highest-leverage work, and making our Boulder office a place the team is excited to show up to.
You'll be the person who keeps our executives and office running in sync: owning their calendars and prepping them for high-stakes meetings, making sure the office is a place the team is excited to show up to every day, coordinating events, hosting partners and candidates, managing vendors, and handling the logistics that make everything feel effortless. Over time, as you build trust and find efficiencies in the role, there's real opportunity to grow into broader operations work as Bridge scales.
This role reports to both the CEO and CLO.
Responsibilities:
- Executive support to Keaton and Sarah: Own their calendars and inboxes. Coordinate travel. Prep them for meetings with the right context, materials, and follow-ups. Track every commitment and make sure nothing slips. Anticipate what they need before they ask.
- Boulder office management: Run the office end to end. Supplies, snacks, mail, vendors, facilities, IT and hardware coordination. Host visitors, candidates, and partners on site. Make the office somewhere the team is excited to show up to.
- Team events and culture: Assist with coordinating team events, offsites, team dinners, birthdays, in-office events, and new-hire onboarding logistics. Support the details that bring the team together.
- Travel and expense: Help book team travel and process expense reports accurately and on time. Learn and apply the company's T&E policy to support clean, timely reimbursements.
- Automation: Identify the highest-volume, lowest-judgment parts of the role and automate them using Claude, Notion, n8n, or whatever tool fits. Document what you build so the team benefits.
- Operations growth: Use the time you free up through automation to take on broader operations work. People ops support (onboarding programs, benefits admin, culture programs), exec project support (research, prep, ad-hoc projects), and other team operations work as Bridge scales.
Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in an EA, office manager, ops coordinator, or similar role. Or a clear, compelling transition story from another field.
- Deeply tech savvy and AI fluent. You use Claude, Codex, and Notion AI every day. You've built automations with tools like n8n, Notion, or Gemini. You instinctively look for the leverage in every task.
- Exceptional organization and follow-through. Nothing falls through the cracks. You build systems to keep yourself accountable.
- Strong written communication. You can write a clear email on behalf of an exec, draft a polished offsite agenda, and document a process so anyone can run it.
- High EQ and a hospitality mindset. You'll be interfacing with the CEO, CLO, the broader team, candidates, vendors, and partners, and you take pride in making every interaction feel polished.
- High ownership, low ego. You'll do everything from booking a flight, to drafting a sensitive email, to debugging an agent, to setting up the office for a partner visit.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. You make decisions, move fast, and ask forgiveness rather than permission on the small stuff.
- Ambitious and growth-minded, with an eye toward expanding into broader operations as the company scales.
- Based in Boulder. This role is fully in person.
Why Bridge?
- Rare launchpad into operations at a fast-growing healthcare infrastructure company. The systems you build and the trust you earn will shape what you own next.
- Direct partnership with the CEO and CLO. Front-row seat to how a venture-backed company actually gets built.
- Real mandate to use AI to automate your own role and grow your scope, inside a team that already uses AI daily.
- Be the heartbeat of Bridge's Boulder office. The place where the team gathers, where partners visit, and where culture gets built.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and equity. Given Bridge's funding and stage, we heavily value the potential upside from equity.
