EverHealth, a business within EverCommerce, provides modern end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers. Our open, connected ecosystem of solutions and services helps providers engage patients, increase revenue, improve business efficiency, and remain market competitive. We serve 72,000 healthcare practices and counting. EverHealth consists of five SaaS products; DrChrono, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, and MDTec, combined these products offer end to end solutions for the health care industry.
We are looking for an Account Manager to drive growth and expansion across the existing Updox customer base within EverHealth. This quota-carrying sales role is focused on identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including Updox solutions and complementary partner offerings.
The ideal candidate is a resilient, self-motivated sales professional who enjoys uncovering customer needs, solving business problems, and closing deals. Using a consultative, Sandler-based sales approach, you will proactively prospect within the existing customer base, conduct effective discovery, qualify opportunities, and own the sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close.
What You'll DoProactively prospect within an assigned portfolio of Updox customers to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with revenue targets.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Apply Sandler Sales methodology, including upfront contracts, pain discovery, budget and decision qualification, and clearly defined next steps.
Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer challenges, business impact, workflows, and desired outcomes.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals that connect Updox solutions to identified customer needs.
Confidently navigate objections, pricing conversations, and negotiations while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, activity, and forecast information within Salesforce.
Partner with Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Develop a strong understanding of Updox solutions, partner offerings, healthcare workflows, and the competitive landscape.
Consistently achieve or exceed established revenue targets and sales KPIs.
2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience, preferably within SaaS, healthcare technology, or healthcare services.
Proven success growing existing customer relationships through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and consistently achieve or exceed quota.
Strong consultative discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience with Sandler or another structured sales methodology; Sandler experience preferred.
Ability to learn technical products quickly and translate product capabilities into clear customer value.
Strong communication, presentation, organization, and pipeline management skills.
Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
Collaborative, resilient, and growth-oriented mindset.
Experience selling healthcare SaaS or technology to physician practices and healthcare organizations.
Knowledge of EHR/EMR, Practice Management, patient engagement, or healthcare communication technology.
Experience selling to SMB and/or mid-market healthcare customers.
Formal Sandler Sales training.
Revenue and quota attainment

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States– if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The on target earnings (base + commissions) $80,000 - $90,000 per year in mot US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
