As a Full-Stack Marketing Manager, you will drive integrated marketing campaigns, utilizing AI tools, optimizing strategies, and collaborating across teams to improve acquisition and retention efforts.

About the Role:

As a Full-Stack Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all major digital and offline channels—paid media, SEO, content, social, email/lifecycle, direct mail, and events. You'll drive both acquisition and retention while identifying opportunities to automate, optimize, and scale faster using AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts marketing operator, technologist, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with big goals and limited red tape.

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-funnel marketing strategy and execution across paid, organic, social, content, email/lifecycle, direct mail, and events.

  • Leverage and configure AI tools and automation platforms to improve targeting, campaign performance, personalization, and reporting efficiency.

  • Implement an end-to-end analytics approach and tools to better remarket to potential leads and data stitch users across websites on other marketing properties.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize SEO, content marketing, and conversational search strategies that align with modern AI search platforms.

  • Lead and optimize email and lifecycle marketing, building automated journeys that engage and retain customers.

  • Collaborate on visual asset creation and brand consistency across campaign materials (print, digital, social, events).

  • Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics to support B2B lead generation and sales alignment.

  • Leverage tools and models to increase product marketing asset creation

  • Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to co-develop campaign content, drive channel alignment, and support go-to-market initiatives.

  • Analyze campaign performance and use real-time insights to iterate and scale winning strategies.

  • Support event marketing initiatives, from pre- and post-event campaigns to on-site branding and lead capture optimization.

  • Help test and build marketing components (landing pages, forms, content workflows) with no-code/low-code tools wherever possible.

Who You Are:

  • A data-driven full-stack marketer with strong experience across paid, organic, social, content, lifecycle, and offline channels.

  • A curious technologist eager to apply emerging tools like AI, automation, and no-code platforms to work smarter and faster.

  • A builder, not just a manager—you like creating scalable playbooks, not just optimizing existing ones.

  • An excellent communicator who thrives on collaboration, cross-functional alignment, and continuous learning.

Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of full-stack marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or lead gen-driven environments

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of AI marketing tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Perplexity, Segment, Mutiny, etc.)

  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign) including email, lead scoring, and workflows

  • Proficiency in SEO strategy, including structured data, conversational optimization, and AI search readiness

  • Experience managing paid search, paid social, and display media across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn

  • Experience running ABM programs and collaborating closely with sales teams to target key accounts

  • Proficient with CRM and reporting tools like Salesforce, Looker, or Google Data Studio

  • Experience with social media strategy and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Buffer, Hootsuite)

  • Content creation and copywriting skills across blog posts, emails, landing pages, and campaigns

  • Familiarity with no-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Zapier, Unbounce, Airtable) to prototype and deploy quickly

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives with competing priorities

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with AI-focused SEO and agentic web frameworks like NLWeb or Schema-based architecture

  • Background in home services, local SEO, or B2C2B marketing environments

  • Comfort working in a remote, cross-functional team with startup-level agility

If you're ready to help shape the future of marketing for service-driven businesses—and build smarter, faster, and more scalable campaigns with the help of AI—we want to hear from you

Benefits & Perks:

  • Flexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybrid
  • Robust health and wellness benefits, including an annual wellness stipend
  • Continued investment in your professional development
  • 401k with 4% company match
  • Annual wellness stipend
  • Flexible and generous paid time off
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
