We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to build and manage career and leadership development programs across our company. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management, you’ll be responsible for the success of our leadership and management development programs, having decision-making responsibility for curriculum, delivery modalities, stakeholder engagement, program management, and success metrics and improvements. In the careers area, you’ll be responsible for creating a career program that leverages our Job Architecture and the Culture Amp survey platform.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management Development

· Implement a newly developed leadership competency model and integrate it across the talent ecosystem (talent planning, assessments, performance, development planning, etc.).

· Build leader capability by creating tools, resources, and experiences that help leaders adopt and apply the model effectively.

· Design and launch a management foundations program, including multi-modal curriculum design, program implementation, participant engagement, and measurement.

· Manage the BetterUp Grow AI Coaching program, driving adoption and leveraging insights to improve leader effectiveness.

· In partnership with business leaders, design a cohort-based leadership development experience for senior leaders to elevate capability and strengthen enterprise-wide leader networks.

· Further develop and socialize a comprehensive leadership development strategy, including vendor selection, budget management, and implementation plans for each leader segment.

· Partner with Workforce Analytics to design a leadership dashboard that provides ongoing visibility into leadership impact and development needs.

Career Development

· Create and implement a holistic career development program, including philosophy, tools, templates, collateral, and enablement for managers and employees.

· Oversee the build-out of the Culture Amp Development module to support the program.

· Continuously measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Partner with the Total Rewards team to ensure our career approach includes our Job Architecture

Talent Development Tools & Infrastructure

· Serve as the owner of development-related tools and processes, including coaching, 360/multi-rater feedback, digital learning, and Individual Development Plans.

· Collaborate with HRIS, HR Generalists, and HRBPs to interpret and uphold operational policies and procedures (excluding direct ownership of the LMS).

· Build strong consultative partnerships with the executive team, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and other People Team stakeholders.

· Forecast, monitor, and manage the annual budget for leadership and career development initiatives.

· Facilitate New Hire Orientation 9-12 times per year

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

Professional Skills: Strategy design, Program management, Virtual and In-Person Facilitation, Senior Leader Consultation, Program design (from scratch), Prioritization, Vendor relationships, Collaboration, Listening, Creativity, Influencing leaders at all levels

Experience: 5-8 years of U.S. based career and leadership programs and launching programs in a remote & hybrid work environment

Technical: Adult Learning Theory, Visual Design, Curriculum Development (Articulate 360), LMS (Workday), Career Development, Skill Libraries (Culture Amp), Leadership & Leadership Development, AI and Learning

Where: Remote, US

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $122,500 to $135,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
