We’re looking for a detail-oriented, multi-tasker to join our right-brained ALLO marketing team. We need you to show us you can juggle, organize, and build relationships both internally and with our external partners and community members. You may have heard our internet is crazy-fast, possibly only outmatched by the hustle of this team. Things don’t move slowly in our fiberhoods, we need someone who can keep up. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute a variety of tasks within marketing, social media, sales, public relations, event coordination, and internal communication, to name a few. The world of technology and ALLO is constantly evolving, you won’t be expected to exhibit transformation skills in the interview, but we will want to hear about your ability to adapt, flex, and pivot as needed. Knowledge and experience are essential, but character is just as important. We look for those who show a natural inclination for our core values: Local, Honest, Exceptional, and Hassle-Free.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hustle hard on the day-to-day execution of events, sponsorships, and local involvement. 

  • You know the saying this meeting could have been an email? Not here. We’re a team of collaborators. 

  • How are your note-taking skills? Jot down notes, send agendas, and assign tasks to other team members to execute the event flawlessly. 

  • Outlook may become your best friend. Responsible for keeping event calendars up to date. 

  • Establish project timelines to ensure key milestones are met and projects are delivered on time, keeping our Marketing team ALLO-awesome. 

  • Don’t forget the numbers. Let’s talk sales. Are we getting new customers and keeping customers with the events we are sponsoring or hosting? 

  • Assist residential and business sales teams in achieving optimal sales goals.

  • Fulfill the role of MDU account manager in applicable markets.

  • We thrive on awesome customer service which means part of your week will be spent working in ALLO offices to engage with customers, offer coverage, and build relationships. 

  • Act as next-level support and backup coverage for our market storefronts and First Impression Specialists.

  • Get involved! We want you to be the center of it all – meeting community members, engaging in activities, Chamber lunches, and business after-hours. 

  • Support cross-regional events and activities.

  • Assist the Social Media team in gathering video and image content from event photos to market footage.
     

 Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $20 to $26 per hour depending on experience.

EDUCATION:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, events, sales, and/or public relations

  • Telecommunications experience preferred but not required

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Must be able to travel. 

  • Remain cool under pressure. 

  • Highly organized. 

  • Strong written and oral communication. 

  • Motivate others to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Goal-oriented with an ability to motivate and inspire. 

  • Right-brained, left-brained we want your whole brain

  • Wide degree of creativity and latitude 

  • Problem solver with a get-it-done attitude 

  • Huddle up and combine efforts for team projects 

  • Know when the time is right to work efficiently on your own

  • Willingness to go above and beyond and help out where needed.

  • Know your stuff in the marketing world but also be willing to collaborate outside the team and even the company when appropriate. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Raise objects up to 50 lbs.

  • Remain upright on feet for extended periods

  • Remain stationary for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate information

  • Move on foot up to _5_ miles per day

  • Ability to bend, kneel, stand 

  • Ability to operate a computer

  • Ability to observe details at far range

  • Ability to work outdoors

  • Possess/Maintain a valid Driver’s License

  • Travel requirement: 75%
