First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Enterprise Third-party Risk Management (ETRM) Program Analyst II to join our IT Governance & Compliance Department.

Compensation:
The pay range for the role is $66,000 - $82,700/yr; commensurate with experience
The level of the position will be determined by the hiring manager based on the candidate's qualifications.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)    

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for strengthening FHB’s Enterprise Third-party Risk Management (ETRM) program.  Under the direction of management, the ETRM Program Analyst will implement, develop, support, and enhance the third-party risk management processes and tools used to manage the program, train business units in understanding and complying with established program requirements, and assist in the creation and delivery of timely and appropriate reports, summaries, and analytics to management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, risk management or equivalent experience or combination of education and relevant experience required.
  • Three (3) years of experience in third-party risk management, or combination of equivalent experience and education required. 
  • Experience in a technical field, risk management, banking, third-party risk management, or similar work preferred.
  • Experience planning, preparing, coordinating, and delivering training to users of software and/or procedures preferred.
  • Familiarity with risk management tools and procedures in financial institutions preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting business units with program procedures and tools.
  • Proven successful collaborator among peers, colleagues, and management.
  • Working knowledge of program policies, standards, procedures, and controls. 
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines to completion in a timely manner with quality results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Handles confidential matters judiciously.
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy as needed to create quality deliverables.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in system troubleshooting, configuration, and user support, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
