Escolaridad:
- Ingeniería Química, Industrial, Mecánica o afín.
- Deseable especialidad en recubrimientos o procesos automotrices.
Experiencia:
- Mínimo 3 años en procesos de pintura automotriz o recubrimientos industriales.
- Experiencia en arranques de línea, análisis de defectos y control de hornos de curado.
Conocimientos Técnicos:
- Procesos de pintura electroforética (E-coat), primer, base color y clear coat.
- Aplicación de estándares CQI-12 (Sistemas de Pintura) y CQI-9 (Pirometría).
- Validación de hornos de curado (mapas térmicos, sondas de temperatura).
- Control de parámetros de aplicación: espesor, viscosidad, tiempo de curado, etc.
- Diagnóstico y análisis de defectos de pintura (piel de naranja, flujos, cráteres, etc.).
- Interpretación de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
- Herramientas de calidad: AMEF, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa.
- Normas de calidad (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Deseable manejo de sistemas de monitoreo o software de control de procesos.
- Inglés técnico (lectura de normas y comunicación básica).
