The ERP Specialist is responsible for supporting users, training, testing, system improvement, research, and development on our Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (i.e., Syteline) system.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform user setup including system access maintenance and any admin function
- Facilitate, support and deliver training, including but not limited to SRO’s, CO’s, PO’s, TO’s, JO’s, Contracts, AR/AP
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support, ERP tickets and end users (from the beginners to experienced users)
- Develop and implement Integration & training of future acquisitions
- Serve as subject matter expert on ERP systems and processes
- Identify process improvements and system enhancement to support business needs
- Managing monthly uplift testing
- Continual User Development
- Provide support for any system compliance request such as SOX Compliance
- Auditing of transactions in the system to ensure accurately of data and reporting
- Build strong business relationships that foster a collaborative and trusting approach and partnership
- Other duties, as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or work equivalent; BS/BA degree in Business Management, Computer Science (or related field) preferred.
- 5+ years Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (i.e., Syteline) end-user experience
- Experience with Syteline Version 8 or higher
- Knowledge of Factory Track, Birst, IDM, Field Service Plus, Syteline CRM, Syteline Service App, Homepages, but not limited to as we improve processes and gain system knowledge
- Implementation/Integration experience, in Infor/Syteline or similar ERP Systems
- Required to work both with a team and independently
- SaaS/Cloud technical experience is not necessary but a plus
- Multi-site/Multi-Warehouse experience a must
- A strong understanding of inventory processes
- Working knowledge of Monthly Uplifts in a SaaS environment
- Creation and updating Process & Training Documents for our organization
- Maintaining/understanding of SOX compliance & reporting
- Providing support to internal and external auditors
- Running adhoc reports for clients and auditors
- Monitoring deliverables & ensuring timely completion of projects
- Project management experience preferred
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail, accurate, and well organized
- Cooperative and willing to assist others and work in a team environment
- Willing to travel up to 50% including TX, WY, CO, UT, ND, MT, NM, but not limited to these states
- When not traveling, minimum of 50% of time will be in an office setting
- Must have current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times
