Job Purpose


PetScreening™ is seeking for a highly motivated, results-driven Enterprise Sales Director with a proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business within the multifamily industry. This role is dedicated to identifying, pursuing, and winning new enterprise customers through strategic prospecting, relationship development and consultative selling.


The ideal candidate is an experienced new business hunter who thrives on opening doors, building executive-level relationships, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Success in this role requires a demonstrated history of consistently generating pipeline, winning new logos and exceeding sales targets in the multifamily housing industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition by developing and executing strategic prospecting plans through market research, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events. Conduct discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and understand customer needs, timelines, and priorities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospective clients, consistently creating new opportunities and advancing them through the sales process.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, both virtually and in person, tailored to the needs and objectives of prospective clients.
  • Represent PetScreening at industry conferences, trade shows, and client events, building relationships, generating pipeline, and engaging prospective customers while effectively addressing questions and objections.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the multifamily industry and the PetScreening platform, staying current on industry trends, legislation, and market dynamics to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting information within HubSpot CRM. Prepare for and actively participate in pipeline reviews, one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and forecast discussions. Maintain current account strategies and prospecting plans.
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales quotas through consistent prospecting, pipeline development, and new customer acquisition.
  • Actively participate in team and cross-functional meetings, providing updates, collaborating with internal partners, and supporting organizational initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales process, gaining a thorough understanding of each prospect's business objectives, operational challenges, and strategic priorities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that support long-term customer growth, account penetration, and revenue generation while aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify trends, develop forecasts, and make informed business decisions.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings, prospect visits, industry conferences, and partner events to build relationships and drive new business opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Success in this role is measured by consistently generating new pipeline, acquiring new enterprise logos, expanding PetScreening's presence within the multifamily industry, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

  • Consistently generate a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Successfully identify, pursue, and close new logo business within the multifamily housing industry.
  • Exceed annual sales quotas and revenue targets through disciplined sales execution.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with owners, operators, REITs, and third-party management companies.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive long-term growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate resilience, persistence, and a strong work ethic in a relationship-driven, long sales-cycle environment.
  • Stay current on multifamily industry trends, technology, legislation, and market dynamics to serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes by expanding PetScreening's market presence and driving sustainable revenue growth.


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven success, 5+ years in B2B SaaS, multifamily housing, PropTech, or related solution-based sales.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Experienced Sales Hunter - Generating leads, making calls, sending emails, completing product demo’s and closing business
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage new business acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
