Hunt and close new enterprise logos in the multifamily industry through strategic prospecting (cold outreach, events, LinkedIn), build executive relationships, manage complex sales cycles and pipeline in HubSpot, deliver demos and presentations, meet/exceed quotas, collaborate cross-functionally, and travel to client meetings and conferences (approx. 50%).
