Role Overview

The Enterprise CAM is the primary commercial owner of PointFive’s enterprise accounts. They own the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding coordination, activation, renewals, expansion, and overall Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

This role carries a quarterly-adjusted NRR quota and operates in complex enterprise environments with multi-threaded stakeholders, procurement processes, and technically informed buying teams. This role reports directly into our Chief Revenue Officer.

 
What you'll do:

Account Ownership
  • Primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.

  • Build multi-level relationships across DevOps, FinOps, Engineering, Finance, and Exec stakeholders.

  • Maintain clear account plans with renewal and expansion strategy.

Commercial Management
  • Own all renewals, negotiations, and forecasting.

  • Identify and close expansion (new BUs, increased usage, new modules).

  • Navigate pricing, legal, and procurement workflows.

Activation & Value
  • Partner with SE to ensure strong onboarding and time-to-value.

  • Proactively manage risk and protect revenue.

  • Translate technical value into ROI and business outcomes.

Who you are:
  • 5+ years in enterprise account management, CS, or strategic sales.

  • Managed complex enterprise accounts ($250k+ ARR preferred).

  • Owned renewals and expansion with revenue or NRR quota.

  • Experience with complex procurement cycles.

What you have:
  • Strong understanding of DevOps and/or FinOps.

  • Familiar with AWS/GCP/Azure environments.

  • Able to engage credibly with engineering and finance leaders.

  • Strong executive communication.

  • Enterprise negotiation skills.

  • Structured account planning and forecasting.

  • High ownership and accountability.

Benefits & Perks:
  • Base Salary Range: $133,000 - $168,000.

  • Competitive OTE range $190,000 - $240,000 with uncapped commission plus equity.
