We’re Redefining the $11T B2B Commerce and Payments Market
Nuvo is bringing B2B commerce online.
While technology has reshaped consumer commerce, the business-to-business (B2B) economy - three times larger - has lagged behind.
From coffee to lumber, every product we use has been traded through a complex supply chain of suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. Despite the massive scale of this market, most businesses manage their trading relationships and commerce activities using outdated methods like paper forms, PDFs, emails, faxes, phone calls, and spreadsheets, making processes slow and inefficient.
Much like how Shopify, Stripe and Square have transformed how consumer companies transact, we aim to do the same for B2B companies.
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own relationships with some of our largest customers and join our in-person team in Denver, CO. You’ll be the quarterback for your accounts, partnering with executives on their side and coordinating Deployments, Sales, Product, and Support on ours to drive adoption, renewals, and growth.
Why Join Us?
- Proven Product-Market Fit: We’ve achieved 4x annual revenue growth, with customers signing multi-year, six-figure contracts.
- Small, High-Impact Team: Enjoy high ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and significant career growth in a dynamic environment.
- Transformational Opportunity: Play a key role in revolutionizing the real economy of physical goods and driving tech adoption in high-potential, underserved industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, from activation through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and multithread across finance, IT, and operations stakeholders.
- Guide implementation by coordinating internal teams, including Deployments, to keep rollouts on track and tied to customer outcomes.
- Lead executive business reviews and present adoption progress, ROI, and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders.
- Drive change management within customer organizations to accelerate adoption and long-term usage.
- Run discovery to uncover new use cases and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with Account Executives to drive renewals and expansion.
- Proactively manage account risk and build mitigation plans to protect retention.
- Bring customer insights back to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape the roadmap.
What You Bring:
- Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts and working directly with executives.
- Strong executive presence, with polished presentation and communication skills.
- A track record of multithreading across large organizations and navigating complex buying and decision structures.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to keep multiple stakeholders and workstreams aligned.
- Change management experience driving adoption of new tools or processes.
- A commercial mindset, with experience identifying expansion opportunities and supporting renewals.
- Technical savvy and curiosity about how complex systems work, without needing to be a hands-on implementer.
- Calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- High integrity, adaptability, and a team-first approach.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in account management or customer success, with a focus on enterprise customers.
- Proven success growing and retaining large enterprise accounts.
- Experience turning detractors into advocates.
- Comfort presenting to and influencing C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, and generous equity
- Generous medical, dental, and vision benefits
- 401K plan enrollment
- Flexible time-off policy
- Catered lunch every day
- Paid parental leave
Expected OTE Compensation Range $175,000-$225,000
