- Identify, engage, and close new enterprise-level business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and solution-based proposals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SambaSafety's evolving product offerings.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or risk management solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a consultative, solution-selling environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for driving results.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
