Integrity Communications Solutions (Integrity) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (SE V) to support the Ground Segment Integration (GSI) IPT on a Department of Defense (DoD) satellite communications (SATCOM) ground systems program.
The GSI team supports Ground Segment engineering alignment, segment-level integration, requirements development, and verification activities supporting mission-critical SATCOM Ground capabilities. This role combines hands-on systems engineering with integration, test development, and verification support within the GSI functional area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Senior-level systems engineering, integration, or test engineering experience supporting complex DoD or aerospace programs
- Experience developing requirements, verification products, test procedures, or test scripts
- Experience supporting integration and verification activities within a systems engineering environment
- Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes, including requirements, integration, verification, and risk management
- Strong communication, technical writing, and briefing skills
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility
PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting SATCOM or Ground Segment programs
- Familiarity with automated test frameworks or scripting languages
- Familiarity with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
- Experience with IBM DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools
- Experience supporting engineering reviews and verification activities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Ground Segment Integration (GSI) engineering and verification activities
- Develop and maintain:
- GSI requirements
- Verification products
- Test procedures
- Test scripts
- Integration artifacts
- Support traceability between requirements, operational behaviors, and verification products
- Support execution and troubleshooting of GSI integration and verification activities
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve integration and verification issues
- Contribute to engineering reviews and technical baseline activities (e.g., SRR, SFR, PERB)
- Facilitate or support technical working groups and integration discussions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering process improvements
- Provide technical recommendations and integration support to program leadership and customer stakeholders
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
