MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 6+ years of systems engineering experience supporting complex DoD or aerospace programs
- Experience supporting requirements development, architecture products, interface management, or system integration
- Experience coordinating technical activities across engineering teams
- Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes
- Strong communication, briefing, and technical writing skills
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility
- Experience supporting SATCOM, Ground Segment, or Command and Control programs
- Familiarity with Cameo Systems Modeler and MBSE methodologies
- Experience with IBM DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools
- Experience supporting engineering reviews and technical baseline activities
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
- Own defined C2 requirements, architecture, or integration scope areas
- Coordinate technical activities across C2 and supporting Teams
- Develop and maintain:
- Requirements
- Architecture artifacts
- Interface definitions
- Technical roadmaps
- Traceability products
- Support cross-system integration planning and execution
- Coordinate resolution of technical dependencies and interface issues
- Contribute to backlog refinement, PI Planning, and dependency management
- Support technical trade studies and architecture evaluations
- Contribute to engineering reviews and technical baseline activities
- Facilitate technical discussions and working groups within assigned scope
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering process improvements
- Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
