MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- 2–6 years of relevant systems engineering, integration, verification, test, software, digital engineering, cybersecurity, operations, or related technical experience
- Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes, including requirements development, architecture, integration, verification, validation, and configuration management
- Experience developing, reviewing, maintaining, or working with technical requirements, engineering documentation, test products, interface documentation, models, or other systems engineering artifacts
- Ability to analyze technical information, identify issues, and develop or support engineering solutions
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills
- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ability to work independently on assigned engineering tasks while coordinating with technical leads and other team members
- Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain required program access

- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development environments
- Familiarity with technical reviews or baseline activities such as System Requirements Review (SRR), System Functional Review (SFR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), or Program Engineering Review Board (PERB)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity engineering or secure-system development
- Familiarity with configuration management, data management, or technical risk management processes
Depending on assignment, responsibilities may include:
- Support development, analysis, refinement, and maintenance of system, segment, element, or component requirements
- Assist with requirements traceability between architecture, interfaces, implementation, and verification products
- Support development and maintenance of system architecture, engineering models, interface definitions, ICDs, APIs, and related technical artifacts
- Support system, segment, or element integration and verification planning
- Develop or support test cases, test procedures, verification methods, and associated engineering documentation
- Participate in execution of integration, verification, and test activities and assist with analysis of results
- Support development and maintenance of systems engineering plans, technical processes, and engineering baselines
- Assist with identification and assessment of technical risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities
- Support configuration management and data management activities associated with engineering products
- Participate in digital engineering or modeling activities, as applicable to assigned work
- Collaborate with software, systems, test, cybersecurity, digital engineering, integration, and operations personnel to resolve assigned technical issues
- Participate in engineering reviews, technical working groups, planning activities, and other cross-functional engineering forums
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives
- Provide regular status updates, identify technical blockers, and elevate risks or issues when appropriate

- Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
