Support system integration and engineering for a DoD SATCOM ground systems program. Develop and maintain engineering artifacts (SEMP, ICDs, CMDM), perform requirements traceability with tools like IBM DOORS, coordinate across IPTs, support program reviews (SRR, SFR), contribute to IMP/IMS and risk management, and align MBSE artifacts with formal documentation.
ENGINEER III – SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Clearance: Active Secret clearance required, ability to obtain TS preferred
OVERVIEW
Integrity Communications Solutions (Integrity) is seeking an early-career Systems Engineer (SE III) to support the System Integration & Engineering (SIE) team on a Department of Defense (DoD) satellite communications (SATCOM) ground systems program. The SIE team serves as the system-level integration authority, responsible for maintaining the engineering baseline and ensuring alignment across requirements, interfaces, and verification activities. This is a developmental systems engineering role focused on technical documentation, requirements traceability, and integration support. The selected candidate will assist in developing core engineering artifacts (e.g., SEMP, ICDs, CMDM products) while coordinating across multiple IPTs to support system integration and program milestones such as SRR and SFR.
This position is ideal for candidates looking to grow into a system-level integration engineer within a structured DoD program environment.
