MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- 2–6 years of systems engineering, integration, test, operations, or SATCOM-related experience
- Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes including requirements, integration, and verification
- Experience working with technical documentation, requirements, or test artifacts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility
- Experience supporting SATCOM or MILSATCOM programs
- Familiarity with Mission Planning concepts and workflows
- Experience with IBM DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools
- Familiarity with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
- Experience supporting integration or verification activities
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
- Support development and refinement of Mission Planning requirements
- Develop and maintain engineering artifacts, requirements, and traceability products
- Support integration and verification planning activities
- Assist with development of test procedures and verification products
- Participate in technical working groups and Agile ceremonies
- Coordinate with team members to resolve assigned engineering issues
- Support engineering reviews and technical baseline activities
- Contribute to mission planning architecture and interface documentation
- Provide status and technical updates to team leadership
- Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
