  • Assist in creating test plans, setting up instrumentation, and analyzing test data to validate designs
  • Develop or improve workflows, automation scripts, or process documentation to streamline engineering and manufacturing activities
  • Collaborate with design, propulsion, manufacturing, and test teams to deliver integrated hardware and systems
  • Gain exposure to real-world engineering cycles—from concept to design, build, and test—on a supersonic aircraft program
  • Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations clearly across cross-functional teams

Ideal Candidate

  • One year away from graduation in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline

  • Familiarity with CAD modeling and technical drawings (CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar)
  • Coursework or project experience in one or more of the following: propulsion, manufacturing, test engineering, or mechanical design
  • Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a hands-on setting
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ambition, complemented by effective collaboration skills in a team setting
  • Excels in a high-energy, independent, and challenging work environment

What Will Set You Apart

  • Prior internship or project experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech hardware development
  • Hands-on experience with machining, prototyping, or manufacturing processes
  • Exposure to data acquisition, embedded systems, or control software for testing
  • Familiarity with GD&T, test instrumentation, or finite element analysis tools
  • Passion for sustainable aviation and the future of high-speed flight
